Hi just become a new member. Live in Launceston, Nrthn Tasmania. Have 3 investment properties. I am looking for a good property manager, the one I have is more interested in the sales area of real estate. I’m sure there is a good opening for a really efficient specialist agency. Also hard to find a good accountant that really understands investment property. My current accountant is in NSW & again no specialist in the area of property management.
Would like to hear from anyone who might have solved these same problems.I use Picket Fences for my tassie property, they are a great little company with personal service. They are in Burnie. That may solve your management problem…?
As for the rest, my accountant knows property but he is in Perth (I live in Melbourne) if you want his details let me know. . .

Thanks Dev I may take you up on the accountant. Will investigate the Burnie agency. My properties are in Launceston & on the Tamar, so some distance from Burnie. Certainly think that some of the established RE firms, in the north of Tas at least, have not faced any real competition up until now.
