Can anyone enlarge on what creative model Hans Jakobi uses to increase property wealth.
Has anyone attended his course and has it been beneficial?moonscape
I believe Hans visualises your money in his pocket, and does or says whatever necessary to make his dream a reality….like every single other so called “guru”!.[lmao]
I was on his mailing list for a while till he started selling mobile phone deals.[withstupid]
Although Hans system may be a little dated his strategy of focusing on an area and closely monitoring it and then utilise the statistics you collect to locate and purchase undervalued properties does work.
It also worked a lot better in the high cashflow areas he focused on however just like every other property guru out there they have had to adapt their strategies to move with the market. With any property expert you are looking at learning from, make sure they are teaching you about the current market and not what they did 1, 2 or 10 years ago.

I think that if Hans continues on this path he will fade away quickly. His recent news letter with Ed Chan from Chan and Nayloy in Dundas is another desperate attempt to gain credability, because people are getting bored with his old garbage.
I thought Hans was an accountant so now he has found a real one better than him ?? – go figure.
One of his testimonials comes from Dale an Amway pushing junkie who has written his second book about the millionere mind and is not one him self – go figure again.
So now that Jay Abraham is in town next week i hope we will be getting some better class of mail into our society with out that bl…y yellow highlighting.

How strange that Hans would use Ed Chan to try to make Hans look good. Hans is much more credible than Chan imho.

Thanks for this, now I feel better, I was so close to buying his products. I even offered him the option of giving me this program for free and I would give back 4x times the cost of the dvd package. I sent 3 emails, 2 written letters, no response.
