Financier for investments needed

Hi All,
Can anyone recommend any good financiers specialising in investment properties?
Looking for a good one we can link up with long term.

I prefer to use a mortgage broker…
I use Terry W (on these forums) and he is the only one I have dealt with who knows his stuff. Guess it depends on what ‘type’ of investment properties you are looking to finance.
Have a chat with him if you like… no I dont get paid any sort of commissions… -but now you mention it…

Thanks, I was after someone that does predominately residential properties and preferably based in NSW..
