Hi everyone, I’m new and inexperienced. But have some money in the bank and am interested in buying some property. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their story, I have read Steve’s book 0 to 136 properties in 3 years and would like to know how long it has taken others and how many properties they have? Also how much debt do you have on a portfolio like this? No need for you to be too specific, but some honest, inspiring stories that give me an idea of how long it has taken you (and how hard it really is)to become a millionaire would be great!
