    [blink]Hi Everyone,
I am very very very new at this type of investing in property.
I would like to ask about the Positive Cashflow Calculator at the back of this website.
Am I able to use it or is it a demo only ???????
I am almost finished the book which is titled 0 – 130 properties in 3.5 years.
My wife and I are paying off our piece of Australia at the moment and got about $70,000 equity at the moment. Is this enough to start in investing in property ??????
    Hope for a reply soon,
    Thanks karlm

    Hi there..

Try this online one at Jaffasoft – I think its great..

    http://www.jaffasoft.com/

Then if you want something more detailed try mine at http://www.ez-rent.com.

Then you can evaluate the other free and commercial ones. The granddaddy of them all is PIA from Somersoft and all of the others (mine included fall somewhere in between this and the jaffasoft one in terms of features, complexity and ease of use)
