To all who had their advice a week or two ago regarding my delema of seeing over 100 properties putting offers on 8 or 9 & still getting nowhere THANK YOU.
I was encouraged by many of you when I was about to give up & continued to SEEK.
My wife & I got a very good deal on a great house in Edgewater & doing my homework before the purchase I believe this suburb will be one of the higher achievers in the next 2 years.
    THANKS once again & remember

Well done Solomon. Here’s hoping your belief comes to fruition, and extends out to other Perth suburbs as well.

Lets hope the resources boom continues for a long time yet. Who’s complaining about the oil price – right ??

    Cheers,
