    Hi all
    NAB have given me 6 Panel Valuers to assist with our refinance of investment properties in Bris .

    Question is ????? which one will give a better valuation for our area ( Woodridge & Logan)

    Companies are :
    DTZ Australia
    AC Valuations. Eclestone Frazer
    H.T.W Brisbane Residential
    Landmark White
    McGees National Property Consultants
    Taylor Byrne

    NAB have agreed to revalue our properties within a month of finishing our renovations so we would naturally like a valuer who will give us the best $$$$$ value thereby releasing equity for buying more properties ……..Leapfrogging …….Thanks Peter Spann

    any members experiences would be appreciated.

    Hi Wes,

    I have a few residential and several industrial properties in Brisbane. I have used HTW on several occasions. I find that if you contract them, rather than the bank, you get a much better valuation, because you are the client.

    I also found their values to be excellent.

    HTW came up ina previous post so I will contact them and see how we go .

    Basically I want a high end valuation that I can then assign to the NAB.

    While the NAB will value for free , I was of the belief that a valuation that I pay for may squeeze a few more dollars of equity from the properties …
