I have been looking at Tweed Heads as a potential area for further growth, piggypacking on the Gold Coast growth and the new state govt development masterplan. However my main concern is the large proportion of retired residents and it’s reputation as an old people’s area – I’m not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing.
Any thoughts?
