    Why not just times the weekly rent by 500?

    Surely a 2 second rule is easier?

    I’d just view the ’11 second’ solution as a way to view how far off your property is from being CF+, if that is your goal.

    So your saying its easier to do the 11 second rule in your head than the 2 second rule?

    Doesn’t everyone carry a Palm Pilot and use its calculator?

    No…

    I used the money that was earmarked for the Palm Pilot as a deposit on a small +CF flat and do the Grade 6 Maths in my head.
