    Just helping out a friend out with a development that he has done in a couple of areas around Palmerston. They have refurbished some units, and looking for buyers. Apparently they are yielding between 7-8%.

    Hi All,

    I have been receiving a few enquiries about this, and I have to apologise for a real big mistake on my part. The developments are not in Palmerston but in Hamilton as I was stand corrected by my friend who is running these developments.
