A quick request to those inetersted in investing in the Burnett Shire and Bundaberg region to give me a line through my profile. Have recently relocated to the region and the market seems to on the threshold of either developing really well or going through the floor. My website will not be operatoinal until 1 July 2005 as I am in the process of transferring ISPs.
The major area of development is medium denisty housing with qualified property managers – the real estate people I have dealt with have not a clue on how to do it professionally and there are a couple of unit complexes near where I live. This is in addition to major greenfields site and infill opportunities throughout the Bundaberg region.
