Hi, I’m interested in hearing from anyone in Gold Coast/Bris area who would like to do JV with me in Helensvale property, 3 bed large home in “nothing to do”condition + pool, on 1879sqmt. Subdivision appln approved. Please respond urgently if interested, need to make offer this week. (Verbally agreed on price.) Also would like any advice on JV’s, this is my first. I am not in a position to fund it completely myself at this stage.

    Regards

    Dianne,

You might want to include some more info about what you’re looking for in a JV partner, and what is in it for them.

    Eg.
How much $ is the property?
What is the expected ROI, rental yield, etc?
Are you planning on developing the sub division or sell off?
Is this a long term JV or a quick turnover?
Do you want $ from the JV partner (how much?) or are you looking for someone with building/development experience?
