New Functionality
To ensure you find the property that’s right for you, we have added two
new features that will help you narrow down your search and organise
your results.1. Refine Your Search Results
If you are presented with too many results, you can further refine your
search from within the results page, rather than performing another
search. Refine Search is located halfway down the left side of the results
page, and allows you to refine the price, property type, number of
bedrooms, number of car spaces and minimum land size.
Your selections are remembered from your initial search. Simply select
the new criteria and press [Refine Search].2. Sort Your Search Results
When your results are displayed, you can now sort by price, suburb or
latest listing. Sort by is located at the top right of the search
results. Click on the dropdown menu to select how you want to sort, and then

Is there a search feature on realestate.com.au where you can search the description for a word/words? eg. search for a street name, “original condition”, “pet friendly”?
PS. Do you work for realestate.com.au? When searching for prices the query isnt accurate because the search isnt flexible enough to handle different forms of price.
