    Hi everyone,
I’ve just purchased the wrap kit and have finished reading it. I am really keen to know of anyone who lives in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne or other parts of Melb who is using Steve’s techniques to wrap and would be interested in contacting me just so I can get to know some people. Maybe you can offer me advice etc. The people in our area that are wrapping are using the oppositions ideas. I am finding it a little daunting trying to sort how to start out.
    Thanks Michelle

I’m in Sydney – never been to Melbourne so I can’t help you there.

However, I would start with a solicitor who knows about wraps. There are specialist property solicitors in the world who have experience with this.

Once you have one of these on your team working for you then the rest could be easier – finding a property, a buyer, and then stitch the contract up using your solicitor.

    Good luck!

You probably won’t find anybody in Melbourne using Steve’s techniques to do wraps in Melbourne. Steve likes to see the wrap repayment being the same or less than the persons’s current rent payment. Basically that’s impossible in Melbourne unless you’re subsidising them to an enormous extent. That’s why Steve and his students have focussed on regional areas.

    Hi Felicity8,
I understand about the technique, I was actually trying to find contacts who wrap themselves but live relatively close to myself which is in S.E Melb. If you know of anyone and they would be interested please let be know.
    Thanks Michelle

Your best way to meet wrappers is to check out the wraps association http://www.financewraps.asn.au and go to a meeting (next one scheduled for Thursday 21st July).
