I’m about to manage my IP. Can you please provide any websites, links where I can find templates, sample letters, and forms for managing a property
e.g. Initial cost template, rent arrears letters, inspection letters, etc…Thank you very much!!
I manage my properties. All I do is go to a Real Estate agent and get them to find a tenant and sign the tenancy agreement. I pay them one week’s rent. I give my account details to the tenant through the agent. I check my bank account every now and then to check that the rent is in my account on the due date. I call the tenant if there is a problem. End of story!

i do as robert has suggested as well. this works well. other than than check the Microsoft Office Templates website. All sorts of templates including real estate types you can use
