Anyone thinking of cashing in on this perk that comes into effect on July 1, designed to support small business?

    Eligibility criteria:

    – need to be running a small business with turnover less than $50K to get full offset. (For every $1,000 over $50K, the offset discount reduces by 1%, ie, phases out completely at $75K).

    – high-turnover, low-margin small businesses may not qualify. Eligibility criteria favours low-turnover, high margin businesses.

    Cheers,
    Jason.

I thought about it… But as the article says $75k turnover (not profits) is quite low… I hope to be making more than that [biggrin]
