Another five people have been charged over an alleged conspiracy to defraud a Sydney bank of more than $2 million in home loans as part of a property fraud ring.
The five take the total number of people charged over the ring to 18, police say.
Police will allege fake identities were used to secure home loans for 10 Sydney properties but the money was never repaid to the bank.
The cheap Sydney real estate was allegedly re-sold at grossly inflated prices to fictitious buyers.
