Where can I find the informations that show or describe the respective suburb property growth and potential either short or long term?
You’d probably need to look at the end of the rainbow for a property with high capital growth prospects in the short term.
Information about possibilities for growth etc. in the long term and short term is widely available. It just depends on who you are willing to listen to.
A good place to look is Residex. They have the statistics for many postcodes for the whole of Australia. You can select it by the top 10 growth areas for example. But it is not a clear indication of what will happen in the future.
