    Hi there!

Are there any “mobile” Mortgage Brokers on this forum that operate in Sydney?

    Thank you in advance

Contact Steven Crane at Mobile Mortgage in Melbourne (can get his details from this forum) who can answer your question.

Question to you is, why do you specifically want a Mobile Mortgage broker in Sydney?????

I’m from Sydney but don’t limit myself to brokers in Sydney, any broker in Australia can deliver 100% quality services regardless of there location.

    Cheers

Are you after a loan or do you have some questions?

If you have questions, feel free to email me as my name says I’m not a broker anymore but I am a state manager for a Mortgage Manager and will be able to answer any questions you have and point you in the right direction.

Thank you Geoff and ‘notabroker’, I supposed I got used to the broker to come home but now that I think about it who wants a stranger to puff hot air in your living room for an hour if you can do over the phone and mail? My wife use to hide when the broker came he he. I can’t use him anymore since he is on err emm long holidays on a certain farm…. [blink]
I think I will give our resident Sydney broker Terry a call.[biggrin]

It is sometimes important to use a local broker as an Interstate broker cannot offer you all lenders. An example that immediately comes to mind is ANZ. They require the broker to sign that they witnessed the signatures on the application form. Another example is for WA residents trying to use a non-resident broker. This is not permitted unless they are licensed.

I am sure there are enough brokers in each State to look after the people in that State.

Steve is definately one of the good guys though.

Geoff & Rob thanks for the kind words,

Distance has never been a hindrance for my interstate clients, communicating via email, phone & express post etc is convenient and efficient.

BTW Rob, its good to have you back from coventry, cheers.

    Regards
