    Dear all,

I have been studying Steve’s books and am keen to start analysing the market trend. However, I shall be grateful if anyone could advise me to find statistics of the past 20 years. Statistics including:-
    – Auction Clearance Rates
    – Interest Rates
    – Building Approvals
    – Property Median Price

    Regards,
    Francis

    Hi.
I too am reading Steve’s book (‘$1,000,000 in property in one year) and am wondering where to find info on auction clearance rates, for NZ.
Anyone know? The ideas I see here I will also check out.
    Thanks
