We have paid off our PPOR and now are planning to build/move to a bigger house by the end of the year by selling the current PPOR. Given the cool down on property market recently, we’re not sure whether to sell it now with a 3 to 6 months settlement or wait until the new PPOR is built.

Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.

    Hi newstart,
It seems like you have the benefit of being able to wait for the right buyer instead of taking a lower but quicker offer. Why not start advertising now and with time on your side, you may get close to the premium price that you want.
