    Hi Everybody

    I’m just about to buy a property in Kalgoorlie.
    I’m looking for an efficient property manager.
    I found the real estate agents there terrible. You ring them up and say that you are interested to buy a property and they don’t often return your call and you have to wait for days to have any queries anwered. I’m worrying how they are going to manage my property.

    Also I need to do building and white ant inspection and I’m looking for a good Quantity Surveyor as well.

    How much do property managers charge in Kalgoorlie?

    I’m looking forward to hear from other investors in Kalgoorlie.

    Suggest you try Roy Weston. Haven’t tried them myself but they are amongst the newest in town and are probably keen to make a good impression. I know that at least one of the principals has had good business success in Kalgoorlie in the past, albeit in other fields.

    We’re currently planning a Kalgoorlie run (out of Perth). It will likely happen early May. We normally wait till we have around a dozen jobs there to spread the travel cost across them.

    I rang Roy Weston but they don’t manage properties, only buy and sell.

    If you haven’t found someone yet, I have been dealing with Wades First National re. purchases and they have been good. I know they do property mangement, but you’ll need to call them for details.
    BMT have given me the best QS quote so far.

    They do regular runs through the year – next one in May I think.
