Buying in NZ

As an Aussie living in NZ I have quickly discovered where to buy

As a general rule North Auckland is expensive and returns poor (for example I currently rent a house which is valued at 600k for $395 per week and this includes all lawn mowing and gardening !)

Good places to buy include Manurewa

Generally you should get in sth auckland a 3 bed property for about $150k – $200k
this should rent between 250 – 300/350 per week
