Hi All
I am about to embark on a 2 week intensive NZ property search. Last time I went 2 months ago I did some great deals and found some great deals I could not take up: I hate passing up good deals.
So this time if anyone is interested I would do my best to find them excellent cash flow properties while I am there, but you should be in a position to move quickly, NZ is a bit different to OZ.
I can also help you with good valuers and builders for reports. Also I have a great solicitor who doesn’t charge an arm and a leg I can put you in contact with.
