Buying property (and any other investments for that matter) personally as opposed to buying through a Trust, Business, or Co-operation. What are the benefits of the latter. I think i really need to understand how each system operates and the tax laws for each. Is there a recource that can give me this information so i can choose the best way to purchase, before i start investing.
