    G’day
I am looking for the best places to invest. At the moment I am looking in Queensland more so in the north markets. I want to know how to get information and statistics on city and regional growth capital, historic and potential. Does anyone know good web sited that i could obtain such information?
Also are units good to invest in even if they provide a good positive cash flow? I guess that if they were located in a great location they may be ok. However i fear that units are always popping up every and that this fact would decrease the value of older unit prices on the market. What so you think?
Any other information on property investing would be great.
    23 and searching for knowledge

    Leigh,

Well you have started in the right way….ASK QUESTIONS.

But learning to ask the RIGHT questions is the key. May I recommend you register for the next available MasterClass by Steve McKnight… then you will KNOW why your questions are not quite the right questions to ask. Best of all, you will know what to ask for AND fasttrack your Investing.
