Who does depreciation in NZ. I know the laws are different, but there must still be depreciation and presumably you would still need a QS to do it?! Any recommendations?

The coconut tree or niu, is slender and tall, up to 100 feet, with a cluster of leaves at the top of a slightly curved stem or trunk. Besides drink, food and shade, niu [coconut] offers the possibilities of housing, thatching, hats, baskets, furniture, mats, cordage, clothing, charcoal, brooms, fans, ornaments, musical instruments, shampoo, containers, implements and oil for fuel, light, ointments, soap and more.

There are a few companies around that do it, but I’ve been recommended by several people to use Value-it http://www.valuit.co.nz/

Don’t know how good they are as I haven’t used them yet.
