    hi everyone

i am not a developer but am thinking of buying a block and essentially farming the work out to each body of subcontractors as needed.

when the house is sold what happens with the warranty side of things? the owners are essentially buying a new house but i am not a registered building company.

things may vary between states but i just want a general feeling for what happens.

    thnx

in WA I think you cannot sell an owner built house within 6 years of construction – something like that. In all reality it is unlikely you will be able to save money over the rates that the large project builders are getting anyway.
