    Can anyone please tell me which site to visit to find out the % growth of each suburb over the last 10 years

    Hi earnsly, another discussion called Suburb Statistics posted on 2/3 has some information which may assist. Still learning this site, so not sure how to attach for you at the moment.

    There is a book called “A Guide to Property Values” which is available from Information Victoria. If you are interested in Vic prices, this is probably the cheapest source.
