Anyone else frustrated by Real Estate websites being full of old info.

Seems most of the properties are sold when you call the agents in NZ.

Says a lot for the need to go over there to do business.

The websites don’t allow us the facility to mark under contract, or under offer, so these homes stay on the site until physically sold. Jenny Lamberton

    Same here…

I wrote to realestate.co.nz and I received a reply stating that they were frustrated at REA’s not updating the information and doing nobody any favours…

I also get annoyed with oz REA’s and their maintenance of websites too. I have phoned the poor souls at funny hours to do a deal, with them only to say that the property has sold and that they will promptly remove the listing online….

Hi Guys thanks for the welcome, Muppet it was nice to put a name to the face today, thanks for the visit. I loved my Aussie invasion, very exciting. Met a whole heap of the most wonderful people, who are patient, pleasant, and extremely good to deal with. Even though they are tired, and travelling around the country side. The knowledge gained from Dave and Steve, and others on the courses they run helps making investing in another country less intimidating. You can also tell that they are going to be excellent landlords, by the way they conduct business. The feedback I have had from those that came to Tokoroa, was they all left very happy with their purchases and level of service received. And YES Muppet u were right, u will read about it the local paper tonite. Cheers Jenny
