Hello Investors. I am back after taking long break of three and half months. I have never done the sub-division or any thing complicated yet though I have few Ips. I have one property in qld and it is about 1822sqm and so I am thinking to subdivide it myself so I can learn as well. Can anyone please help me regarding what are the steps I should be taking etc or any material I can read?

Surveyors draw up plans of subdivision, so you should find a good surveyor. You may also need planning permission, if you speak to your local council planning officer, they may be able to help you determine this or else contact planning consultant.
