    Hi Guys,

    I am about to purchase my first IP and need to speak to a mortgage broker about obtaining finance.

    Can anyone recommend a good broker in Melbourne ?

    I would recommend you ask family and friends for a referral – is important to find a broker that you can rely on esp when you may lack the experience to tell the good from the bad.

    Hi Brad,
    May be one good way would be to see at least 4 or 5 brokers and screen them to see who you feel has an understanding of what your financial goals are.
    You would be amazed at the different opinions and options you will recieve from one broker to the next.

    i’d say 4 or 5 would be too many as you would end up just getting confused with all the info. 2 or 3 maybe
