    Hi everyone,

    I was reading creative ways to make fantastic pos. cash one day, and came across a young lad who had posted a topic on investing in Marina Berths.. It was such a great return Steve even commented on the initiative this guy had at such a young age!

    This was some time ago.
    I was wanting to know if anyone else has looked into this great investing idea?
    Does anyone know of websites that include Marina Berths for Sale? Or would I need to physically approach a Marina and ask them personally?

    There are lots of them for sale all the time

    Try searching on google.com.au or even real estate sites, around marinas.
