Just interested to know where investors can / do find private investors to look at going into deals with other investors. I am not asking for anyone to OFFER finance by any means I am just curious as to where you would find these people.

I am not looking for a deal at this point (as discussed with Terry very recently!) but am just curious to see what options are out there if in the future I look at doing a bigger deal…

    Thanks

Start with family, friends (beware, you could lose the firends!), then talk to everyone you can, accountants, mortgage brokers etc. You never know where things may lead!

The Saturday newspapers usually have things like what you’d probably be looking for. All sorts of finance, private, development etc. is on offer.

    Hi

I agree that brokers/finaciers are some of the best sources to find money partners, as they may have clients with available equity/cash looking for deals.

    Good Luck!
