    Hi,

    I am planning on setting up a trust and read about “Wealth Guardian” a long time ago.

    I would like to know how Steve has set up all his properties to protect them from litigation. Also I’m sure he has minimised his tax liabilities.

    Recently I went to its web page https://www.propertyinvesting.com/resources/11.html and it says “sold out and unavailable”.

    Will it ever be on sale again?

    Hi,

    A draft updated version is on Steve’s desk right now for his review and approval.

    As such, it will take about another 1 1/2 months to get it to completion phase.
