Hi, just wondering if anyone knows wether there is such a thing as a finance to be provided by clause that you can put in your contract?
Say if i only wanted to go with a certain company for finance but wasn’t pre approved before i made an offer and signed a contract?
    Thanks in advance…

Cool thanks derek. So you could get out of a contract if your financier rejected your loan application?

You can insert anything you like into a contract but remember that it must also be satisfactory to the other party or they wont countersign.
