Hi there, I am looking for some advice on advertising property for sale to southern/western buyers? I am selling privately (agents not prepared to negotiate commissions) its on the net so i just do word adds with phone number, but no response from syd or melbourne.
So what appeals to these buyers?
Any suggestions?
