Can anyone put me onto a good property manager around Clayfield in Brisbane. Help would be appreciated.

Fax: 07 3356 9966 for 10 years now to manage a unit and house and overall been very happy. I’m interstate also. Their repairs and maintenance inspector is excellent.

I’m currently renting through Professionals Clayfield and they are pretty good from a tenant’s perspective. I can’t comment from the owner’s point of view but they certainly keep the tenants happy which is important.
I’ve also been renting in the area for several years and have gotten to know most of the property managers around and can probably provide you with a list of the ones I’d steer clear from but I don’t want to post that in a public forum so PM me if you’re interested
