    Hi all

    I am currently in the cooling off period for a house I am purchasing – my mortgage broker has let me down BADLY with some incorrect information and I need some urgent help.

    I need a 90% loan (around $500K), have $80k deposit (not all genuine savings) and I need it quickly!!

    Does anybody know of a lender who will do this sort of loan and isn’t overly concerned with genuine savings??

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    A 90/10 non genuine savings product should be straightforward, providing you can service the loan and have funds to complete, feel free to contact me with the details. Cheers.

    as Steven said it’s not hard to get 90% LVR loan if you can service the loan.
