    I guess I’m like every newcomer. I WANT POSITIVE CASHFLOW PROPERTIES, but don’t really know where to start. My husband and I have 4 properties (houses) at present, they are in a neutral position to positively geared. Has anybody got any tips as to how they find +cashflow properties/areas to look in? What to look for? Much appreciated.

    Check API magazine for yield in the areas. I think thats the best place to start with.
