Hi everyone, I am new to this site and relatively new to property investing, I have two myself and will be actively investing again in the near future. My initial question is, (i am sure to have more to post in the future) I have a lot of time on my hands and think that I could benefit from finding properties that may be suitable for other people. What is the process to undertake.[cap]
