We used Walker Pender, located in the Ipswich City Square (Level 2, above Gaye’s hairdresser). We are happy with their services.
As far as PM’s go, we are yet to find a good one in Ippy. Let us know if you find a good one.

ive had mcnamara and associates recommended to me, but because the vendor was using their services as well i went with dale and fallu, they were excellent and a good price too.

krusty.For manangement I am so happy with Ipswich Rentals and Sales. Ask for Angie and Liz. We have 7 with them after another agent had so many staff changes and inconsistencies it was costing us.

I have 11 IP’s with Statham’s as PM’s in Ipswich. Haven’t had any problems with their management at all. Nearly all my tenants are tops, although some are a bit slow sometimes. None are rough on the houses at all and I have very few maintence bills.
Stathams are 3rd generation RE agents, so they know a lot about the city and the locals.
If you want to get out of a hole, first stop digging.
