    Leo,

The list is endless, providing what you decide to do will add more value to rent/property than what it costs to install or fit etc.

Carports are a good one, new light fittings, doorknobs, garage, storage, fences, garden, painting interior/exterior or both………..

    Regards,

    Ian

Stick to the big ticket items – airconditioning and/or heating as appropriate, security and storage.

Hello Carport and storage are the most cost effective.
Also consider low cost improvements that keep your tennant happy as cost effective.
