    Is it legal for me to find great property’s and post it on this forum and charge a finders fee, if the property is bought.
    If so where else can i post them?

    It isn’t illegal, but, on this site, it is.

    You have to be licensed in some States to charge a fee for selling property.

    You should contact Consumer Affairs in your State and get some advice from them.
