    Hi

    I have a friend who is an Australian non resident, he wants to invest in NZ. Can he access loans thru NZ banks for NZ properties?

    Hi as fas as I know he can get the loan there in NZ and if he is living in OZ he can arrange loan for himself from OZ for NZ properties.
