    Just a little tip which most of you may have thought of but some of you may not.

    When you sell an IP call the insurance company and inform them. You may be entitled to a rebate of insurance.[biggrin]

    If you want to get out of a hole, first stop digging.

    Good point Brenda.

    I remember selling one and fogetting to do this for 6 months-until I got the notice of renewal. The insurer kindly back dated by refund on proof of the sale and I got about $200 that I wasn’t expecting.
