i currently have 2 investment propertys. what i am seeking advice on is that i have $100,000 avalable to redraw on one of my propertys. I am thinking of putting deposits on 5 houses in nz. the only problem is i am on a disability support pension, and i am worried about not fufilling my loan requrments. My main aim is to own my own house and use other peoples money to support my lifestyle. Any suggestons?

I cant offer any advice on New Zealand.
But a friend of a family who has a property in a regional area has told me that when you dont live near a property everyone likes to take advantage of you. From agents to repairmen to tenants etc.
Not to mention the ones at your own front door!!![blush2]
