We are looking at renting out our main residence and therefore would like to maximise our tax deductions. I prefer to use somebody that comes recommended.

Why not use the DEPRECIATOR who frequents this site?

He is professional and has established a large successful business doing what you seek. Call out to him… I am sure he will answer.

He is also a nice guy!

    Hi Kuri,

    I agree with Mortgage Adviser…

I don’t think that you could do better than the Depreciator. You can find him on

I haven’t used him “yet” but I will soon for 3 properties in QLD. I have spoken to him on the phone and he is friendly and seems very knowledgable.

I believe he also gives discounts for forum members… (I think)..

    Good luck,

    Hi Kuri,
I use WBG for my IP in Brisbane.
    Level 23 127 Creek street Brisbane 4000

You get what you get because you do what you do so if you don’t like what you’ve got then change what you do.
