    Yeeeehaaa
many thanks to Steve McKnight for the kick in the pants at the property master class 5/12/04. He stated that opportunities existed coming up to xmas as everybody was going into holiday mode. I’ve just agreed on a price with the vendor and bought my 1st investment property at 7pm 24/12/04. my plan was to buy a reno property before xmas……I have done it…….
the vendor wanted to sell before xmas…I solved a problem and now just need to finish the solution (reno) and I should make a profit if the figures are right and what the REA told me….I’m scared and excited…..

    I will make it….regardless

Well done KDT!! You set a goal and achieved it by the skin of your teeth! Good luck with reno and add two months to time as a guide… EVERYTHING takes longer than you think it will…And that’s coming from someone in the middle of renovating… Oh plus, do it right the first time or don’t do it at all…
