I live in a town with only 2500 population the town is over 100 years old and close to the old mines, there is no industry in our town and limited industry in the next town, the closest largest town is over 1 hour away.
Our town is a popular area and the rental properties have good returns and if I could find a cf+ in my town I would buy it so in my opinion small towns have there assets too.
